Step 1 โ€” Report your bike as missing

Log in to your Velopass account and go to 'My bike'. Click 'Report as missing'. Your bike's status changes to REPORTED โ€” the Velopass Community is activated immediately.

REPORTED

Anyone scanning your Frame-ID sees that your bike is being looked for and can give you an anonymous heads-up.

Also check gevondenfietsen.be

Stolen bikes are often abandoned somewhere. Check www.gevondenfietsen.be regularly โ€” your bike may turn up there.

Step 3 โ€” Bike recovered? Report it!

ALL CLEARstatus after recovery

Congrats! Log in to your Velopass and mark your bike as 'Recovered'. The status automatically changes back to ALL CLEAR. Then check that your Frame-ID is still intact โ€” if not, order a new one via our webshop or at a Velopass bike shop.
